Buying designer-jewellery can be a very individual experience, especially when you can create your own unique combinations to wear.

We want your selection and purchasing experience with Aconite to be as positive as possible.  We also want to offer you our support at every stage of the process.  For this reason, all orders and design consultations are done by emailing us

This will enable you to tell us what combination/variation of our styles you would like us to create, so that we can work with you individually on creating as close to the exact combination you desire. And when you receive your items, you may have some questions, or you might think of additional jewellery options to wear with them - again, just contact us with your thoughts and we'll work with you to meet that need.

Bridal orders

 

To ensure the integrity of your Signature Bridal Jewellery outcome, please order 3 months prior to date of delivery required.  This time requirement will ensure both the availability of all components and allow for the individual handcrafting of your selected Signature Bridal Jewellery Designs.  A Non-Refundable Deposit of 25% (of total order) is required at the time of ordering, with the full balance due on collection or delivery (by Registered Post) of order.

Cash to Aconite, Geelong.
Bank cheque (sorry no personal cheques).
 

Shipping

 

Options within Australia:
* Collect direct from Aconite in Geelong - by prior arrangement.
* Insured Registered Post (up to 500g):  $10

= protective padded envelope
= fast delivery Australia-wide: 2-3 business days to main centres
= trackable via unique identification number for each postage item
= insured value of cost of items per parcel up to $500
*** extra insurance available $1.25 per each $100 up to max of $5000.

Please be aware that Registered Post requires someone to sign for the item on arrival, or if this is not possible, when collecting item from your nearest Post Office.
 

 

International Orders:
Wherever possible, Aconite utilises the fast and economical method of Australia Post Air Mail plus Extra Cover (known formerly as 'Insurance') to ship all international orders.  Total shipping costs will depend on the combined weight of purchased items plus appropriate insurance depending on cost of purchased items.  Please enquire for quote of shipping calculations depending on individual order's weight, country of destination and insurance requirements.

Delivery time takes on average 7-21 business days depending on destination and destination country processing time.

Insurance rates are based on the value of the package.
 

 

Returns, Exchanges & Lost Packages Policy:
All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  To return products for credit or exchange please email us within 10 days of receiving your goods at info@aconitejewel.com

Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 14 working days from receipt.

We do not give refunds if you change your mind, so please choose your order carefully.
